OUR PROCESS 

The following process is for Owners that have had their property assessed and verified by a representative of Student Domus. All properties listed with Student Domus must have all the necessary property requirements. (https://studentdomus.com/property-requirements/

REQUEST

Student Domus receives a request for your property for a specific period usually between 1-3 months.*

AVAILABILITY

The owner confirms availability and we relay this to the University.

INVOICE ISSUED

The University re-confirms their interest to book and Student Domus issues an invoice for payment for the complete stay.

PAYMENT PROCESSED

The University pays the invoice in full for the entire stay to Student Domus.

OWNER RECEIVES PAYMENT

Within 1 week after check in the owner is paid in full for the entire stay.

*(These requests normally arrive 1 – 3 months prior to the anticipated check in).

We take care of

Check in 

We fully take care of the check in process including explaining how appliances work and the building rules.

Customer care

We are on call throughout the clients stay and also take care of the weekly cleaning and ordinary maintenance. For extraordinary maintenance we will contact you, the Owner.

Check Out

We are present at check out for a Property Inspection and organise the final cleaning leaving the apartment in a ‘as found’ condition
